* We only accept the following Rapid Antigen Test devices for Telehealth:

Artron
Boson
CovClear
Panbio (Abbott)
Rapid Response (BTNX)
SD Biosensor

Please note we are only able to verify the above Health Canada IO authorized Rapid Antigen Test devices.
Any cancellations will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This includes, but not limited to booking a virtual appointment for a Rapid Antigen Test device that is not on the list above.

Book Appointment (Bring your Own Test)

If you have the Rapid Antigen Self-Test for Travel in hand and you want to book, please click on the link to the right to book the Virtual Telehealth supervised appointment for Rapid Antigen Test nasal swab.

Upload Photo

After completing the Virtual Telehealth, you will need to upload a photo of the Rapid Antigen test device for the Telehealth supervisor to check the results of the COVID-19 rapid antigen test. Please upload within 15-30 minutes of the test or it will become invalid. We suggest to take multiple photos incase the photo does not show properly due to blurry photo, wrong angle, inverted camera, etc.

What do I need to connect virtually?

Device with camera
Internet connection
Well-lit area

How do I upload the photo of the test device?

Please upload a photo of the test device from the web address located in the confirmation and reminder emails. Alternatively, you can visit www.covidtravelvancouver.ca/telehealth-upload to upload the photo.

What if I cannot connect or I missed my appointment?

Please email telehealth@covidtravelvancouver.ca to troubleshoot or rebook

I haven’t received my reports after uploading the photo?

How do I access the video conference link?

Please see the confirmation email and/or reminder email that will be sent to the email address provided. We also send a link for the video conference via text reminder if you provided a cell phone number.

When should I book an appointment?

If booking for travel to USA, please book the day before departure.
E.g. 12pm Friday, book Telehealth anytime the day before, on Thursday.

Please book at least 12 hours before departure to allow a time buffer.

If booking for any other countries, please make sure the timing of testing before flight.

Book Online

Book online using our easy to use and secure booking system. Once you fill out the form, your booking will be confirmed via e-mail/text. A link to the virtual Telehealth appointment will be provided in the email.

Virtual Appointment

Connect with our qualified staff virtually via video conference. They will guide you through the process and monitor the testing procedure. Once complete, upload the test result and receive your results!
